BC Legal Name Change

If you are 18 years of age or older and are changing your name, the Name Act requires you to have your fingerprints taken as part of a criminal record check. Once you have paid for our service, we will provide you with a receipt which you will submit a photocopy of the original receipt with your application. ($25 Federal processing fee is applied)

Canadian Citizenship Application

To acquire Canadian citizenship, you must have permanent resident status, lived in Canada for 3 out of last 5 years, and have passed the language test and tests on your rights, responsibilities, and knowledge of Canada. If you are needing fingerprints for this reason, you MUST provide a letter from IRCC which includes your application number, and address of the immigration office for results to be sent to.
