Instruction Letter
In order to process your application please bring the documents that apply to you from the list below.
Instruction Letter
- For Canadian citizenship application please bring Permanent Resident Card or Record of Landing
- For Canadian Immigration please bring Letter from Immigration or Citizenship office where you first applied (must contain file, case or client number)
- If your criminal record check is requested by a third party please bring instruction letter from the third party.
- If you are applying for your criminal record check privately referral letter is not required.

In order to process your application please bring the following documents to our office:
Government issued IDs
Applicants MUST provide 2 pieces of valid government issued IDs from the list below (At least 1 must be from the Primary IDs list).
Primary IDs:
- Passport (Canadian or Foreign)
- Driver's License (Canadian or Foreign)
- BC Health care card (Only new cards with photo)
- Canadian citizenship card or certificate
- Canadian permanent resident card
- Record of landing
- Canadian First Nation status certificate
- Canadian Work or study permit
- Federal/Provincial/Municipal ID card
- Firearms acquisition or possession certificate
- Student card (Canadian or Foreign)
- Canadian National Institute of the Blind ID card
Secondary IDs:
- Birth certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
- Hunting or Fishing license
- Marriage certificate
- Immigration Papers
- Union membership card
- Hospital card
- Employee ID card (Private sector)
