Instruction Letter

In order to process your application please bring the documents that apply to you from the list below.

For Canadian citizenship application please bring Permanent Resident Card or Record of Landing
For Canadian Immigration please bring Letter from Immigration or Citizenship office where you first applied (must contain file, case or client number)
If your criminal record check is requested by a third party please bring instruction letter from the third party.
If you are applying for your criminal record check privately referral letter is not required.
